Three Troupers Brewery, Pyrenees
The Troup family continues the legacy of their Scottish forbears in the Pyrenees region of Western Victoria, bottling the legendary brews for all to appreciate. Each of these premium handcrafted beers is made from the finest wheat and barley from the Grampians Pyrenees region with natural spring water. They’re brewed using the Troup’s most treasured possession: the recipes that have been a well-guarded secret for countless generations.

Matt Dempsey is the owner/chef of Gladioli and a local star on the rise. Raised in Penshurst, Western Victoria, Matt’s rural upbringing brings an understanding of the true meaning of local produce. Highly awarded, Matt was the 2009 Winner of the Electrolux Appetite for Excellence Young Chef award, arguably Australia’s leading hospitality award program that recognises and develops young talent.
Work experience in the UK with the internationally renowned Heston Blumenthal (The Fat Duck) and Australian wunderkind Brett Graham (The Ledbury) has cemented Matt’s reputation as a highly skilled and innovative chef with a fine appreciation of modern food crafted from the best local, seasonal ingredients. He continues to do the region proud and will bring a wealth of experience and insight to the show.

Clyde Park Wines & Wood Fired Pizza’s
Fine wine and beautiful wood fired pizzas will be on offer from our neighbours, Clyde Park. Established in 1979 with small plantings of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, these wines are for all to enjoy. With thirty-five acres under vine, expanding the existing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, adding the varieties of Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris, Clyde Park is an award winning property and a fabulous addition to the food market at Warrambeen.
